環(huan)氧樹(shu)脂(zhi)稀(xi)釋(shi)劑(ji)是配(pei)合基礎樹(shu)脂(zhi)混合使用,它(ta)不但不會(hui)降(jiang)低(di)環(huan)氧樹(shu)脂(zhi)的(de)(de)交聯密度,不會(hui)降(jiang)低(di)固(gu)化后(hou)的(de)(de)硬度,而(er)且還可(ke)以降(jiang)低(di)固(gu)化體系粘(zhan)(zhan)度,增加流動性(xing),延長環(huan)氧樹(shu)脂(zhi)地坪(ping)漆(qi)的(de)(de)使用壽命(ming),便于大面積施(shi)工;改(gai)善(shan)了地坪(ping)漆(qi)操作(zuo)性(xing)的(de)(de)同時,又不影(ying)響固(gu)化物的(de)(de)基本(ben)性(xing)能。方(fang)便用于澆(jiao)鑄、灌注(zhu)、粘(zhan)(zhan)接(jie)、密封、浸漬等方(fang)面之應用。
環(huan)氧(yang)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)稀(xi)釋(shi)劑分兩種(zhong):一種(zhong)是(shi)(shi)非(fei)活(huo)性(xing)(xing)稀(xi)釋(shi)劑,也(ye)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)常用的(de)一些(xie)溶(rong)劑;一種(zhong)是(shi)(shi)活(huo)性(xing)(xing)稀(xi)釋(shi)劑,加在樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)可(ke)以(yi)稀(xi)釋(shi)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),并能參(can)與樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)固(gu)(gu)化(hua)(hua),所謂的(de)無(wu)溶(rong)劑漆就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)用活(huo)性(xing)(xing)稀(xi)釋(shi)劑稀(xi)釋(shi)的(de)。非(fei)活(huo)性(xing)(xing)稀(xi)釋(shi)劑不(bu)含有環(huan)氧(yang)基團(tuan),不(bu)能參(can)與固(gu)(gu)化(hua)(hua)反(fan)應(ying)。非(fei)活(huo)性(xing)(xing)稀(xi)釋(shi)劑加入(ru)環(huan)氧(yang)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)一般都會(hui)(hui)降低固(gu)(gu)化(hua)(hua)交聯(lian)密度,環(huan)氧(yang)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)固(gu)(gu)化(hua)(hua)時間(jian)會(hui)(hui)減(jian)(jian)慢(man),耐溫(wen)(wen)性(xing)(xing)、固(gu)(gu)化(hua)(hua)后(hou)強度都會(hui)(hui)降低。活(huo)性(xing)(xing)稀(xi)釋(shi)劑中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)含有環(huan)氧(yang)基團(tuan),可(ke)以(yi)參(can)與固(gu)(gu)化(hua)(hua)反(fan)應(ying)并形(xing)成三維(wei)交聯(lian)結構。加入(ru)后(hou)都會(hui)(hui)減(jian)(jian)慢(man)環(huan)氧(yang)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)固(gu)(gu)化(hua)(hua)時間(jian),降低耐溫(wen)(wen)性(xing)(xing)和固(gu)(gu)化(hua)(hua)后(hou)強度。但(dan)也(ye)有些(xie)活(huo)性(xing)(xing)稀(xi)釋(shi)劑加入(ru)環(huan)氧(yang)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)當中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)可(ke)以(yi)提高固(gu)(gu)化(hua)(hua)后(hou)強度和耐溫(wen)(wen)性(xing)(xing)。
